Anglican Parish of Mount Lawley

Welcome to the site of the Anglican parish of Mount Lawley/ Inglewood/ Bedford, Diocese of Perth, Western Australia. Not many Anglican parishes in Australia are dedicated to St. Patrick (circa 389-461), but we are proud of our patron saint whose life was one of prayer and dedication to the promotion of the Christan gospel in the very difficult world of Ireland, a country on the edge of the Roman Empire.

We too are committed to a life of prayer and mission, and this is reflected in how we order our life as a community of faith.

Our church building, situated on the corner of First Avenue and Beaufort St, Mt. Lawley, was consecrated in 1936, and is oblong in shape, of red brick construction, with art deco internal features. It houses a recently restored Norman and Beard pipe organ, originally built in 1894. This organ is heritage listed. We are striving to be a community which others will want to join, so visitors and newcomers are assured of a warm welcome. Further information is continued on the next page.
